e-Discovery Staff Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing electronic discovery projects to join the firm's national e-Discovery practice. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience managing cases through all phases of the eDiscovery life-cycle including overseeing and documenting data preservation/collection activities, instructing project managers on processing/loading specifications, managing and participating in large-scale ESI document reviews, and supervising document production. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills (including Technology Assisted Review), as well as a minimum of 3 years working as a Staff Attorney, Litigation Associate, or in-house litigation attorney with a primary emphasis on eDiscovery are required. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) license is preferred. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to The Florida Bar.
