The position offers the chance to engage with a diverse client base on a range of residential and commercial real estate matters.

Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and transactional documents

• Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and sales

• Facilitate closings and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties

• Provide legal guidance on zoning, permitting, and property development issues

• Support commercial leasing, land use, and financing projects

• Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate regulations

• Advise clients on risk management and legal strategies in property dealings

Requirements:

• Admittance to The Florida Bar, or expected admission within a short timeframe

• Demonstrated experience or strong internship background in real estate law

• Immediate readiness to take on transactional responsibilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar membership (or pending admission)
