A law firm seeks an associate attorney with over two years of litigation experience to join its office in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation, including healthcare, specialty care, and senior living litigation, as well as human trafficking, sexual abuse, mass torts, and class actions.

Duties

• Defend licensed professionals and institutions, including nursing homes and treatment centers.
• Represent insurance agents, brokers, lawyers, architects, and engineers.
• Handle cases involving professional sports teams and organizations.
• Defend entities in the hospitality industry, such as hotels and motels.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial and professional liability litigation.
• Familiarity with mass torts and class actions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware State Bar.

Skills
