Duties

• Participate in marketing and business development efforts.
• Attend court hearings and serve as lead counsel in various proceedings.
• Handle a caseload of car crash and premises liability cases.
• Organize and analyze complex legal documents and reports.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (or eligibility for waiver).
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
