Duties:

• Participate in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case preparation.
• Engage in pre-trial activities, including depositions, hearings, and motions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Work with mentors and senior attorneys to enhance legal skills and career development.
• Manage caseload independently while working as part of a team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in litigation or related areas of law.
• Proven experience in case management, legal research, and litigation processes.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters independently while collaborating with a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Mississippi (or ability to be admitted).
