Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Las Vegas is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience to handle all aspects of personal injury litigation cases. The candidate will be responsible for case evaluation, lawsuit drafting, arguing motions, arbitrations, depositions, and client communications.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Evaluate cases to determine legal strategies and potential outcomes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedings.
• Represent clients in arbitrations, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and guidance on their cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case management and strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
