Duties

• Ensure compliance with Florida probate and guardianship laws.

Requirements

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and remotely when needed.
• Prior experience in probate, estate administration, or related fields is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
