Overview:
C.Y. Lee Legal Group, a leading law firm specializing in high-stakes litigation and personal injury cases, is seeking a skilled litigation paralegal to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing exceptional legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.

• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.

• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under attorney supervision.

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.

• Manage deadlines and calendar appointments to ensure timely filings and court appearances.

• Prepare exhibits, deposition summaries, and trial binders.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.

• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Benefits:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.$65,000.00- $85,000.00(depending on years of experience)
