Duties:

• Engage with clients to provide legal guidance, case updates, and support throughout the claims process

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation from intake through settlement or trial

• Evaluate medical records, damages, and liability to build strong claims

• Draft and respond to legal correspondence, demand letters, and settlement proposals

• Negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel

• Work collaboratively with legal assistants and other attorneys to ensure case progress

• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients at all times

• Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations as required

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing

• Experience in personal injury law (plaintiff side preferred)

• Knowledge of claims evaluation and insurance negotiation strategies

• Ability to independently manage a caseload

• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

• Spanish fluency is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar

Skills:

• Strong oral and written advocacy

• Sound legal reasoning and analytical ability

• Excellent interpersonal communication

• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
