Duties

• Collaborate with top securities litigators on complex financial services cases.
• Handle sophisticated commercial, business, and securities litigation matters.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings.
• Advise financial services clients on litigation, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Draft high-level motions, briefs, and memoranda.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in securities, business litigation, and banking law.
• JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• Proven arbitration experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SEC, FINRA, RIA, and banking regulations.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.
