The candidate will answer phones and communicate regularly with clients. Schedule consultations and perform preliminary intakes with prospective clients. Gather and analyze information and relevant documents. Prepare applications, forms and correspondence to be filed with government agencies. Create file copies and use firm’s share drive to file and retain records. Keep all client files organized and up to date. Innovate, develop and assist with social media/marketing campaign. Translate Spanish to English. Must have fluently read, write and speak Spanish. Must have Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Should have competency with Microsoft Office and Google applications. Must Type 45+ WPM.
