Duties

• Advise corporate borrowers and issuers in financing transactions.

Requirements

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for or waive into the Texas Bar.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.
