Duties

• Represent clients in employment-adjacent personal injury litigation
• Conduct detailed factual investigations and case analysis
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Negotiate directly with opposing counsel
• Work closely with clients on case strategy and case developments

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling employment-related or personal injury matters preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to and good standing with the California Bar
• Ability to manage litigation responsibilities independently

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar
