Duties:

• Litigation Associate Attorney:

  • Handle personal injury cases from initial filing through trial.
  • Take depositions, argue motions, and have opportunities to serve as first and second chair during trials.
  • Collaborate closely with senior litigators to develop case strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for optimal client compensation.

• Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney:

  • Manage cases from intake through demand and settlement negotiations.
  • Liaise directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
  • Draft demand letters and build strong cases prior to litigation.
  • Negotiate settlements to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Missouri and Illinois.
• 3+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred, though not required.
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, client-focused, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
• A genuine passion for fighting for the rights of the injured and delivering impactful results.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Missouri and Illinois State Bar.

Skills:
