The candidate responsibilities will include: Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment. Manage communication including emails and phone calls operate a multi-line telephone switchboard. Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages. Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed. Receive deliveries; sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail assist attorneys and legal staff with other projects, as needed. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Should have some office experience. Must be proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Data entry experience required.
