The candidate will lead the negotiating and drafting of contracts customary to a fast-growing business with a primary focus on large MSAs and SOWs. Provide legal support across the organization, including quickly and effectively identifying complex legal and compliance issues and providing advice in a manner that integrates legal risk management with the company’s business objectives. Draft, review, revise and negotiate a range of complex corporate and commercial agreements, including technology, marketing, data, licensing, services, consulting, commercial accounts, confidentiality, collaboration, research and data-related agreements. Develop and maintain strong business relationships across the company and contribute to cross-functional or departmental projects and teams. Assist the legal and compliance teams with a variety of legal matters, including general corporate, compliance, regulatory and other legal matters as needed. JD and active law license required. 3+ years’ experience with negotiating contracts in a law firm setting required. Excellent contract review, drafting and negotiation skills required. Experience reviewing and drafting complex contract terms and conditions required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with legal and business partners at all levels required. Extremely organized, thorough, and accurate with excellent attention to detail required. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work streams to meet deadlines required. Team player with strong relationship-building skills required. Positive attitude with desire and initiative to develop and take on additional responsibilities required. Ability to conduct all work in an ethical, honest, professional and confidential manner required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint required.
