Duties

  • Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation and disputes

  • Provide legal counsel on compliance with employment laws and regulations

  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment matters

  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal professionals

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment laws

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of litigation experience

  • Labor and employment litigation experience preferred; general civil litigation experience also considered

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and advocacy abilities

  • Highly motivated and capable of handling responsibilities in a busy national practice

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large legal team

  • Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Virginia

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in Virginia
