HR Systems Analyst- Workday
The candidate identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing business processes, functionality and work flow, and maximizes technological capabilities to improve data management and efficiency. Collaborates extensively with the Human Resources, Finance, and IT teams to support the firm’s infrastructure, oversee system security, develop Prism solutions, manage integrations, and create advanced reports. Recommends changes to current processes to provide for the more effective use of Workday and takes the lead as a project manager to implement these changes. Develop Prism solutions, reports, and analytics to align with customer requirements. Oversees Workday system security including the creation of new roles and security groups as needed. Builds new, and maintains existing, integrations; extensive knowledge of inbound and outbound EIB’s using XSLT transformations and Cloud Connect integrations. Designs, develops, and maintains reports to support analytical and business needs. Collaborates with the Benefits team to streamline enrollment and other processes and assists with compliance and reporting. Stays current with new Workday functionality, focusing on product and service development, delivery, and support. Collaborates with HR Management, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand system end-user needs and provides recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient. Configures advanced compensation merit and bonus reviews using Workday to ensure a robust and user-friendly process. Bachelor's Degree is required. Should have 4-5 years of Workday experience.
