Duties:

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Support real estate and tax matters, working closely with senior attorneys to ensure effective resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos, briefs, and other necessary documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and support client relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of legal experience, preferably in business, corporate, real estate, or tax law.
• Admission to the Montana State Bar or willingness to become licensed.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Montana or eligibility to become licensed.
