Duties

• Draft and negotiate design and architect agreements.
• Manage construction contracts and engineering agreements.
• Handle construction licenses and easements.
• Oversee development and project management agreements.
• Contribute to real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Engage in finance, title, and survey review.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data center leasing is advantageous.
• Major law firm experience preferred.

Education

• High level of academic achievement.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
