A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in Tampa, FL. The role involves supporting the national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel on health care regulatory and transactional matters.
• Collaborate with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage complex cases.
• Mentor junior associates and engage with senior partners and clients.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (up to 8 years considered).
• Experience with health care-focused clients and regulatory frameworks.
• Background in health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
• Timely admission to the bar of the hiring office's state required.
