Duties

• Engage in litigation and counseling, with deposition, arbitration/mediation, and jury trial experience preferred.
• Interact with clients to address their legal needs.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including research, legal writing, and courtroom appearances.
• Handle a high volume of cases with precision and organization.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania required.
• Licenses in West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware are a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work well under deadlines and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Deposition and oral argument experience required; trial experience a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania required.
