Duties

• Represent clients in state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Appear before governmental and administrative boards and agencies.
• Engage in arbitration and mediation processes.
• Handle complex business litigation and other focus areas.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Florida bar license required.
• Experience in focus areas such as business litigation, environmental law, or family law preferred.
• Foreclosure experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Strong communication and legal advocacy skills.
• Excellent writing abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage client relationships.
