- Supervise and delegate tasks to Paralegals and Legal Assistants.
- Collaborate with the Firm owner and legal team to enhance workflow processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in estate planning.
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts; NH admission is a plus.
- Strong understanding of estate planning laws.
- Experience with asset protection planning.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Experience with software-based estate planning platforms like Inter Active Legal or Wealth Docx is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
