Duties:

• Assist in a variety of litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, insurance coverage cases, commercial lease issues, real estate tax assessment appeals, and general collection matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft written documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Support senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Handle discovery and case management tasks.
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal counsel under the supervision of senior partners.
• Represent clients in court under the guidance of more experienced attorneys.
• Contribute to case strategy discussions and develop skills in case analysis and argumentation.

Requirements:

• Recent law school graduate or third-year law student nearing completion of the bar exam.
• Strong written and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Interest in gaining experience in a wide variety of litigation areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
