Duties

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct and report on due diligence.
• Manage the deal process and communicate with clients and counsel.
• Lead smaller transactions and aspects of larger deals.
• Direct and manage deal team members and specialists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic M&A experience in the health care industry.
• Strong academic credentials and critical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with federal and state health care regulations preferred.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to or eligible for admission to the MA, NY, or DC Bar.
