Responsibilities: Manage the day to day operations of the IT department. This includes working with the firm’s Managed Services provider to ensure all systems are maintained and functioning correctly. Manage staff including training, scheduling and performance management; Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with staff and provides guidance and feedback to support the team in growing their skills. Develop and implement procedures for the IT team to follow. Develops and manages, with the support of the Director of Information Technology, the operating budgets and proposals. Implements and supports the IT strategic plan. Manage small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.
