Duties

• Advise corporate directors and senior management on corporate governance matters.
• Support clients in preparing proxy statements and earnings releases.
• Assist in conducting annual shareholder meetings and filing reports.
• Collaborate with global ESG teams on strategy and reporting.
• Provide insights on complex securities issues with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in capital markets and public company representation.
• Strong understanding of SEC matters and stock exchange compliance.
• Experience with corporate governance and securities regulations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in Illinois or eligibility for admission.
