Equity Compliance Administrator

The Candidate will be responsible to support Equity Compliance Investigators by attending interviews and taking notes. Prepare initial outreach materials, Notices of Investigation/Assessment, and No Contact Orders. Conduct intake interviews with reporting parties and assess reported conduct under OIE policies. Conduct evaluations of reported conduct and draft communications informing the reporting parties whether there is sufficient information to warrant an OIE investigation. Perform research/benchmarking projects as assigned, including data analysis projects,. Proofread policy documents and perform related research, including legal research, as needed. Provide support to the Director of Case Management, as needed, including updating Advocate GME (case management system), proofreading investigation reports, redacting documents, and making investigation materials available for party review. Provide administrative support for OIE leadership and Equity Compliance Investigators, including, but not limited to, scheduling and evidence gathering.
