Location

Duties

• Represent clients in complex patent and trade secret litigation matters

• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and technical analysis

• Manage discovery, depositions, and pretrial preparation

• Work closely with partners and clients on case strategy and execution

• Engage in trial preparation and support, including interaction with expert witnesses

• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience with patent and/or trade secret litigation, particularly in technology-driven matters

• Strong understanding of federal court litigation procedures

• Demonstrated ability to manage aspects of litigation independently

• Admitted to practice in the relevant state bar

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic performance

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (required):

  • Computer Science

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of the intended office location

Skills

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Technical fluency in hard tech subject matter
