Duties

• Provide trademark counseling and prosecution services.
• Manage global brand protection and enforcement actions.
• Handle trademark clearance and licensing matters.
• Engage in cease and desist letters and notice-and-takedown procedures.
• Participate in TTAB actions, foreign oppositions, and UDRP disputes.
• Assist in federal litigation related to trademarks.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of trademark experience.
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral skills.
• Professional commitment and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
