Duties: Represent the State of Delaware in handling a caseload in the Juvenile Delinquency and Truancy Unit. Will be required to decide what cases should be prosecuted by Petition, which should be resolved short of trial, and which cases should be resolved by trial. Work independently and assume responsibility for the prosecution of juvenile delinquency cases. Evaluate juvenile delinquency and truancy cases, determine resolutions, and anticipate legal issues with the ability to research accurately and effectively.
