Duties:

• Handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation cases, including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients and experts to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
• Conduct trademark searches and surveys as needed.
• Manage USPTO office proceedings and trademark registration matters.
• Assist in anti-counterfeiting efforts and enforcement actions.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Ability to become licensed to practice law in North Carolina if not already licensed.
• Proven track record of delivering superior client service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission.
