The successful candidate will conduct legal research, assist in drafting legal documents, and participate in various aspects of case management under the guidance of experienced attorneys. This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials while collaborating with a team to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
• Observe and participate in client meetings, closings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Engage in case management, document review, due diligence, closings, and trials.
• Contribute to client service initiatives and gain exposure to client relationship management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Florida or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop as a legal professional.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Florida or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
