Duties

• Advise clients on traditional labor matters.
• Collaborate with clients from various industries.
• Engage in legal research and case preparation.
• Represent clients in labor-related negotiations and disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in traditional labor law.
• Familiarity with employment matters.
• Active Bar license in at least one state.
• Willingness to become barred in NC, WV, PA, or FL.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership.
