Duties:

• Lead and manage the Construction practice area, providing strategic direction and oversight.
• Handle complex construction law matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal representation.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction law.
• Proven track record of successfully handling construction law cases.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
