Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload in civil litigation matters.
• Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Prepare and argue motions for summary judgment.
• Conduct depositions and handle discovery motions.
• Provide excellent client service and ensure timely legal advice.
• Assist with trial preparation and court appearances.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide solutions.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with exposure to employment law preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar (Required).
