Job Overview:
A boutique law firm based in the Malvern, PA area is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join its team. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse and active caseload, work closely with partners and senior attorneys, and contribute to a collaborative litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience managing civil litigation matters from start to finish.

Location:

• Malvern, PA

Duties:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from intake through trial or resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

• Handle court appearances, status conferences, and motion hearings

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on complex litigation projects

• Communicate with clients to provide regular updates and strategic legal advice

• Participate in settlement discussions and negotiation efforts

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience

• Proven ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision

• Experience drafting litigation documents and conducting legal research

• Strong track record of courtroom and deposition experience

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania required

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus
