The candidate must have 7 years of real estate law experience and 5 trials under belt. Must have competent provision of legal services including: legal research, drafting motions, pleading, orders, judgments and status updates. Oversight and analysis of discovery. Develop strong effective legal strategies and effectively communicate best legal interest to clients. Oversight, counsel, guide, train and mentor junior associates and contract attorneys. Conveys confidence in person and on the phone. Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time. Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills. Inbound sales experience is a plus.
