A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate for its Downtown Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Duties

• Draft discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts.
• Engage in complex commercial litigation cases.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in Federal and State court proceedings.
• Florida Bar membership required.
• Prior large case and/or firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
