Location:

Duties:

• Handle pre-suit and litigation cases related to personal injury claims.
• Strategize and collaborate with staff on litigation cases to maximize outcomes.
• Work with management to establish procedures and standards for case management and client outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of training and development paths for staff.
• Collaborate with management to build and lead an effective litigation team.
• Draft, review, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and demands.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial preparation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Active license to practice law in Washington State (WA State Bar).
• Strong knowledge of recent legal trends and changes affecting personal injury law.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State (WA State Bar).

Skills:

• Expertise in Plaintiff Personal Injury law.
• Strong drafting and litigation skills.
• Ability to handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, and management.
• Knowledge of legal trends and developments affecting personal injury practice.
