Duties: Serving as a primary subject matter expert to Legal and business partners for all mental health parity issues for the company. By serving as a trusted advisor and partner to all business areas across impacted by mental health parity requirements, including, for example, medical, behavioral, and PBM organizations, and others in the Legal department that support those business areas, will assist with advising on ongoing implementation of mental health parity compliance measures and providing strategic counsel on mental health parity questions/issues posed by the business. Will operate as a thought partner and collaborate with business leadership and other internal professionals.
