Duties

• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide updates on case progress.
• Review and analyze complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain meticulous case management and adhere to all deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably involving complex legal matters.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission.
