Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks regulatory attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have insurance or financial services experience supporting institutions and entities, regulated on both the state and federal level, in a compliance advisory, product counsel, or litigation-based role. Must experience in insurance and/or insuretech or financial services, product development, direct interaction with regulators, and licensing at the state level. Experience with complex regulatory and compliance issues including regulatory filings essential. Experience crafting product offerings and working with contracts needed. Experience advising clients regarding licensing, contract review, and administrative processes essential. Must be admitted to the Bar in the state, and be active, in good standing, and up to date with current CLE requirements.
