• Collaborate with in-house counsel, management teams, and boards of directors.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a corporate and securities practice.
• Experience with SEC reporting and public company representation preferred.
• Strong background in M&A transactions and capital markets work.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the primary office.
