Duties

• Represent technology and life sciences companies at various development stages.
• Engage in M&A and Capital Markets transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic legal advice.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
