The candidate will work on environmental compliance, analyses, and consultation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment, and handle other administrative law accounts as assigned. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Should have 3+ years of environmental law practice experience. Demonstrated experience with major environmental law statutes, including the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (Superfund), and the National Historic Preservation Act is required. Active Bar membership from any of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands is required.
