Location:

Duties:

• Advocate for clients in all stages of workers’ compensation proceedings, including hearings and settlement negotiations

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis to support strategic planning

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents

• Collaborate with legal teams to collect evidence and build strong case files

• Maintain open, professional communication with clients throughout case development

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation litigation

• Ability to manage a growing caseload independently

• Background in personal injury or civil litigation preferred

• Strong commitment to ethical and effective client representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
