Attorney Careers

Attorney hires thrive at Keogh Cox – both lateral partners and associates. We are not divided into rigid sections like many firms – we allow our attorneys to build a practice tailored to their interests and talents.

Associates

Associates are given a mentor to help guide them through the tough transition from law school to the practice of law. Knowing that it takes some time to grow into your practice, new associates are paid through a competitive salary with options for income growth prior to your advancement to partner.

We make every effort to allow our newest attorneys to quickly gain experience with client interaction, discovery and motion practice, and work in the courtroom. While we do hire from our law clerks, we are interested in all qualified candidates, and have hired many associates who did not clerk with us.
