Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload focused on insurance defense litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare compelling written arguments.
• Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients, ensuring high-quality service.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
• Proven ability to handle a variety of legal matters independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Colorado Bar Association.
